It's been 2 weeks since I started summer vacation, and shit's pretty boring. Aside from your everyday internet, I guess I go outside more often for exercise. Still, shit's pretty boring. Yeah. Anyway, since I haven't done anything in a while, here's two new stuff.

Well what the hell. Lets do something anime related today. I've finally started watching Macross Frontier, since previously I was reluctant due to me not being able to see the previous seasons fearing I wouldn't know what the hell is going on. Good thing I started watching it, because damn, it's awesome. The insert pop songs are great too, I'm particularly fond of Ranka-chan's "What 'bout my star?@Formo," so good. They do a good job on filling you in on the major events that happened in previous Macross series, so seeing them isn't really necessary (I will anyway eventually.) Overall I'd recommend the show to anyone watching the current season of anime. I think I'll do these mini rec's from time to time.

Last weekend was my birthday (May 17), so I'm 16 now. Exciting. I managed to obtain my own bench press along with a 300 pound Olympic bar set so I've been using that everyday with my routine.

On the day of my birthday, which was a Saturday, my sister and her boyfriend brought me along to UCR, where there was a free concert being held. Bone Thugs-n-Harmony were the closing act, so I was pretty pumped for them to get on. It might have been hot outside, but it was definitely worth it to see Krayzie, Layzie, Wish, and even Bizzy in the flesh (June 12 Flesh gets out of jail.) Yes, Bizzy was there too, Lay even said Bone Thugs are back, so hopefully they are instead of this 3 man group bullshit. Sadly Bizzy didn't perform.

Sunday my family hosted a dinner with a couple of family friends at one of my favorite asian buffet restaurants for my birthday. It was nice, wish more people would have came. (You know who you are).

Oh, and my internal conflict that I haven't mentioned rages on even harder derp derp derp.
